Yes, we will ask you for your credit card details. And no, we won’t charge you unless you cancel within our cancellation policy or don’t show up. All credit card information is handled by payment express over a secure connection and won’t be written down anywhere.
We reserve the right to charge you at any time within 7 days prior to check-in. If applicable, a refund will be issued. No cash or pay on arrival accepted as no front desk. Payment must be made in full prior check in to activate PIN or your booking will be cancelled without refund or compensation.
Due to staff shortage issue, we no longer have front desk but have Goki smart lock system in place. So you can do flexible self check-in anytimes from 3pm and self check-out at 10am. Once booked, you will get PIN (key) and room directions sent to your email on your arrival day. Once arrived, simply find the PIN, come in and that’s it! Or alternatively download Goki application to use your smartphone as a key if you’d like. 🙂
